Orton also produces Pyrometric Monitoring Devices for thermal processing and offers independent Material Testing Services. Orton’s instruments include high-temperature viscometers (1000-1700°C, Log10(Poises):1.2-14.0), gradient furnaces (1200-1600°C, 10°C/in linear gradient), dilatometers (-190-1600°C), instruments for annealing, stain, softening points, and thermal conductivity.
