- Short Course Instructors
Short course instructors receive complimentary registration for their short course; GPC and/or Symposium registration should be purchased separately. - GPC Speakers
GPC speakers receive the reduced rate but must register for the conference. Short course and/or Symposium registration should be purchased separately. - Symposium Speakers
Symposium speakers receive complimentary registration for the symposium; GPC and/or short course registration should be purchased separately. - Students
To support the next generation of glass industry professionals, students receive complimentary registration for all conference events.
Cancellation Policy
- Registration cancellation requests for GPC, short courses, or symposium, that are received up to 30 days before the conference (August 16, 2024) are fully refunded, minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellation requests received after August 16 but before September 16 will be refunded at 50%. Refunds are not available once the conference begins.
- For exhibitors and hospitality hosts, a 50% non-refundable deposit is due with the submission of contract. A non-refundable final payment is due August 16, 2024.
