Cancellation/Substitution Policy
If you cannot attend the 87th GPC, short-courses or symposia, you may transfer your registration to another attendee through customer service.
A cancellation fee of $75 will be assessed for all registrations before August 1, 2026. Registrations are non-transferrable after August 31, 2026. The 87th GPC, short-courses or GMIC/GlassTrend Symposium registrations are refunded at 50% of the registration fee 30 days before the conference, September 14-17, 2026.
Cancellations for exhibitors and hospitality host booth fees are non-refundable after August 1, 2026. Cancellations of registrations for the conference, short courses and symposia are not-refundable after the conference commences September 15, 2026.
Substitutions on registration can only be made until August 1, 2026.
