Registration Information for Speakers and Students

  • Short Course Instructors
    Short course instructors receive complimentary registration for their short course; GPC and/or Symposium registration should be purchased separately.
  • GPC Speakers
    GPC speakers receive the reduced rate but must register for the conference. Short course and/or Symposium registration should be purchased separately.
  • Symposium Speakers
    Symposium speakers receive complimentary registration for the symposium; GPC and/or short course registration should be purchased separately.
  • Students
    To support the next generation of glass industry professionals, students receive complimentary registration for all conference events.

GPC Speaker Policy:

Plenary session speakers who wish to participate in Tuesday &/or Wednesday sessions must register for the conference at the reduced rate. Speakers and program committee members for symposia receive complimentary registration for the symposia only.

Speakers who wish to only participate in the session or symposium that they are speaking in, and then leave, do not have to register for the conference, but may not participate in any other sessions, besides the one that they are speaking in.

GMIC/GlassTrend Speaker Policy:

Symposium speakers who wish to attend Tuesday &/or Wednesday GPC sessions must register for the conference at the regular member/non-member rate. Symposium speakers and program committee members receive complimentary registration for the symposia only.

Student Policy:

Students must register online and present current student ID at conference registration desk to pick up conference badge.

Exhibitor Policy:

Daytime Exhibits are open to conference attendees only, specifically:

  1. Two (2) Exhibit Only badges for representatives to staff the booth with the ability to register additional Exhibit Only Personnel for a nominal fee of $100.
  2. Exhibitors must complete DAYTIME Exhibit Only Personnel Registration Form identifying the individuals who will staff your daytime exhibit.
  3. Free hospitality suites admission.
  4. GPC Technical Sessions and GMIC Symposium must be purchased separately, registration is required.

Host Policy:

Evening Hospitality Suites are open to conference attendees only, specifically:

  1. Unlimited Hospitality Staff Only and Guest Personnel Only badges.
  2. Hospitality Staff and Guest Personnel must complete EVENING Hospitality Staff and Guest Personnel Registration Form identifying the individuals who will staff and attend evening hospitality suites. 
  3. Free hospitality suites admission.
  4. GPC Technical Sessions and GMIC Symposium must be purchased separately, registration is required.

Staff Policy:

Staff who have received prior approval from the conference director may receive conference registrations at no charge.

Short Course Instructor Policy:

Short course instructors receive complimentary registration for their short course only.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations of registrations for the conference, short courses, and symposia, are refunded minus a $75 management fee, prior to October 1, 2025.Cancellations of registrations for the conference, short courses, and symposia, are refunded at 50%, 30 days before the conference September 6, 2025, to October 6, 2025.

Cancellations of registrations for the conference, short courses, and symposia, are not refunded after the conference commences October 7, 2025. For exhibitors and hospitality hosts, a 50% non-refundable deposit is due with the submission of this contract. Final payment is due September 6, 2025. Cancellations of daytime exhibits and evening hospitality is nonrefundable after September 6, 2025.
